Benefits: This is a gated, lake front community, with $1 million+ 'designed homes' on multi-acre lots.  It's close to Route 288 and it's right across the road from the West Creek corporate center.  These are large, executive homes, and sits immediately adjacent to the Henrico county line .  Most all homes are architecturally designed, both structures and ground, and are large homes above 6,000 feet in an exclusive neighborhood.
